In May 2021, the team at Sutton Manor Nursery gathered together to host an exciting charitable event. Teaming up with their local CO-OP in Sutton At Hone, together they put together an event that offered their donors a chance to win a beautiful Spanish Tuscan Olive tree.
Sutton At hones amazing CO-OP team sold raffle tickets from their local store. Hundreds of tickets were purchased by outstanding community members and the general public. The funds received from the tickets were generously donated to Mind Charity. The winner of the raffle would be announced 3 weeks commencing the even start date.
The team at Sutton Manor Nursery want to thank each and every person for taking part in this event. From everybody who shared the post to the generous donations who spared their money to help fundraise for this amazing cause. We also want to send a huge thanks to an unsung hero of
Sutton At Hone, Nicola Wallace, who helped us liaise and campaign with our local CO-OP. Without Ms Wallis, we wouldnβt be able to put this fundraiser together or share with as many people as we did.
What is Mind Charity?
Mind Charity provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

We truly believe and support the work and efforts that this charity offers to millions of people across the world.
Sutton Manor Nursery hopes to encourage the public to reach out and realize that no one has to suffer in silence. We want to reach out to our wonderful community and spread love as far as we can, with hopes that we may brighten up others days.
What did the winner receive?
The lucky winner of the Mind Charity Olive Tree Raffle Fundraiser had a 6-7 foot Tuscan Olive Tree delivered free of charge to their garden in the UK. The Olive tree originated from sunny Spain and produces olives each year in the UK. The winner was very deserving of the prize and we truly hope they enjoyed their new product of paradise.
Sutton Manor Nursery is extremely willing to host more charitable events and fundraisers for many different causes. They kindly ask for any suggestions of future charitable events that may be personal to home. Sutton Manor have a huge following of over 7 thousand supporters on all
social media platforms, to make a difference, they wish to share as many fundraisers as possible on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Tiktok.
